At SnaperPure , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase . However, as we deal in chemical - based hygiene products ( such as toilet cleaners , bathroom cleaners, phenyl , disinfectants, etc . ) , we have a strict policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and minimize losses due to all-India shipping. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Cancellation:

- Orders can be cancelled before shipping/dispatch. Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

- Once the order is shipped/dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Returns & Refunds:

- Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery, and strictly for defective, damaged, or wrong products received.

- The product must be unused, unopened, in original sealed packaging with tags and labels intact.

- No returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any other reason except manufacturing defects/damage during transit/wrong item delivered.

- Hygiene products ( chemical-based cleaners, sealed items ) are non-returnable once opened or seal broken for health and safety reasons.

- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (except in cases of defective/damaged/wrong items – we will cover or arrange pickup).

- Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items :

- Opened or used products.

- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging.

- Hygiene and chemical - based items ( for safety reasons ) .
