Shipping Areas:

- We ship to all pincodes across India (including metro cities, tier-2/3 cities, and remote areas serviced by our courier partners).

- Currently, we do not ship outside India.

Order Processing Time:

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of successful payment confirmation.

- Custom or bulk orders may take additional time – we will inform you via email/WhatsApp.

Estimated Delivery Time:

- Metro cities: 3-5 business days

- Tier-2/3 cities: 5-7 business days

- Remote areas: 7-10 business days

- Delivery times are estimates and depend on courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, or India Post).

Shipping Charges:

- Standard shipping: ₹99 flat rate for orders below ₹999

- Free shipping on orders above ₹999

- Additional charges may apply for remote areas or heavy/bulk orders – we will inform you before confirmation.

Tracking Your Order:

- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

- You can track your order on our website or the courier partner's portal.

Delivery Issues:

- If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

- In case of lost/damaged shipment, we will investigate with the courier and reship or refund as per our Refund Policy .
